1. Is Shipping Free?

Yes! Valentine’s Place offers free shipping across the United States on all orders.


2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that customized items may take slightly longer, especially during peak or holiday seasons. If you need additional details, feel free to contact us at support@valentinesplace.com.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 7 to 12 business days within the United States. During high-demand periods, please allow an additional up to 5 business days for delivery.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear, as the package may be awaiting pickup or processing by the carrier.


3. Address Changes

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes! You can update your shipping address shortly after placing your order via the shipping page or the shipping confirmation email.

Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to make any adjustments, please do so before your order is dispatched.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


5. Taxes & Fees

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on your state and local regulations. There are no customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped within the United States.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier encounters issues delivering the replacement, the customer may need to follow up directly with the carrier for further resolution.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@valentinesplace.com. We will assist you promptly. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for a claim.
