Returns & Refunds
Customers have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return. Please review our return eligibility below to determine whether your item qualifies.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% refund or a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@valentinesplace.com.

Non-custom items in unused condition and in their original packaging
❌ Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

Custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

Orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Requests based on buyer’s remorse (for example, if you no longer want the item)
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that mistakes can happen. That’s why we offer a 4-hour grace period after an order is placed to request changes or cancellations.
Cancellation & Modification Policy:
1️⃣ 4-Hour Grace Period
Customers have 4 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify their order.
2️⃣ Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation even after the 4-hour window.
3️⃣ Engraving Requests
Changes to engraving details may not be possible after the 4-hour grace period, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4️⃣ Fulfilled Orders
Once an order has been processed and shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
